WHO WE ARE

We've navigated this system ourselves. Now we help you do the same.

RippleAbility was founded by parent carers who know what it's like to hold everything together — the NDIS, the health system, the schools, the specialists — while also caring for a child with complex needs.

We built the organisation we wished had existed when we needed it. A knowledgeable neighbour who understands the systems, speaks the language, and works with you as a partner — not an authority telling you what to do.

We're a Western Australian social enterprise. Most of our team are parent carers themselves. It's not a tagline — it shapes everything we do.

HOW WE HELP

Three services. One connected team.

Every family's situation is different. These three services cover the most common ways we support families — and they all sit within the same team, so you never have to repeat your story.

NDIS-FUNDED

Support Coordination

We help you coordinate the supports on your child's NDIS plan — finding the right providers, managing referrals, and making sure your child's funding is working for them.

Monique has been there since day one of our NDIS journey and she has become an amazing support. Claire made sure we got everything we wanted in our plan and some things we didn't even think of. Thanks to the whole team!

The team at RippleAbility are knowledgeable, resourceful and passionate. I already had a good handle and understanding for my son's plan review but with Monique and the teams help, it took it to the next level. With plan preparation, writing a carer statement and coming to the meeting we felt supported through the process and were able to fight for our son's needs with amazing results. Mostly we loved the personal approach with which the team embraced our Family.

So so so grateful I met these amazing ladies! They've welcomed me and my son (Thomas) into their lives like we are family. They have helped us so much.

NDIS Support Coordination, Tailored for Your Child’s Needs.

Coordinating your child’s supports can be daunting and confusing. That’s where our support coordinators can help.

We only work with paediatric participants (0-18) and engage with supports appropriate to the dynamic needs of your child.

If you’re seeking to engage your first support coordinator, or looking to switch from your current one, we invite you to join our village of support and see what our tailored support coordination can offer.
