A little bit about us…
Who are we?
RippleAbility is the brainchild of Monique Power, as an evolving legacy to her daughter: Emmilou (pictured on the right), who was born with an extremely rare and sporadic disability (VACTERL Association), and who inspires all that know her with her resilience, warm heart and zest for life!
Inspired by Emmilou’s journey, driven by Monique’s passion and overseen by Claire’s (co-director) incredible business acumen and steadfast ability to ‘get things done!’, RippleAbility was given life.
RippleAbility was established to empower families to access and optimise their plans with the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme). We are a paediatric specific service that helps carers and participants identity both informal and formal support networks as they navigate and pioneer their NDIS experience. We utilise a person-centred approach to ensure that every participant fully understands their needs and we endeavour to identify the best solutions for long term health and wellbeing.

Unlike most other paediatric disability consulting companies, for all of us at RippleAbility our service is personal. We know, and understand, the first-hand the struggles, obstacles, and challenges associated with caring for a child or person with different abilities - and we want you to know that you are not in this alone. We all start somewhere. Remember, all the greatest waves of change, started as a humble ripple from a tiny drop; given the environment, resources and opportunity to do so. Our children are that one drop - ready to grow into a ripple that will impact all blessed enough to share in its creation.

We aim to create a village that is dedicated to empowering, educating and enabling our participants and their families to successfully navigate the disability services system, achieve their goals and enjoy purposeful lives.
