You can switch support coordinators at any point during your child’s NDIS plan if you feel like they are not getting the support they need.

We handle the business! Our team will contact your current support coordinator to ensure a smooth transition of your existing supports.

Step 3.

Our team will get in touch with all your service providers to inform them of the change. Then, boom! You’ve changed support coordinators. (Easy, right!)
