The Light that Fuels Our Mission: Remembering Layla

In the fleeting months of her life, Layla taught us about resilience, love, and the urgent need for change. Born with a palliative diagnosis, Layla’s parents Gabby and Adam were heroes without capes, navigating sleepless nights and complex medical needs. Despite their love and courage, the system failed them, offering little support in their rural home.

Layla's short life became a catalyst for monumental change. Her legacy was etched into our souls the day we attended her funeral, surrounded by families wrestling with the same isolating challenges. No child should go through this. No parent should endure it alone.

Today, Layla's spirit is the engine of our mission. She drives us to advocate for real, systemic change for families walking this agonising path. She inspires us to ensure no one faces the darkness alone.
